How Yoga Asana Can Transform Your Life

Yoga Asana are the physical poses of yoga. Many times people jump to yoga as just the physical aspects, but this is truly just one aspect (we will share more on this blog about the non-physical aspects).

When practicing yoga asana, you are greatly aided when you use your body, mind & spirit.
