Being Comfortable with Where & Who You Are

Seeing other people achieve and live their lives has a way of making us feel we should be doing more than what we are doing, or be something other that we are.

Yet, each of us is uniquely made, designed to be special in our own unique way.

So the next time you see a colleague or family member achieving something, instead of envy or jealously rising up, why not instead honor them and congratulate them.

And then honor and respect yourself for all that you have achieved. Because you are quite remarkable in your own light. Wherever you are right now, is just that. Right now. That could change in the blink of an eye. If you are disconnected with how fascinating you are, prioritize selfcare and me-time as often as you can. Journal, do yoga asana, pray, meditate, go for a walk. And while you're at it, remind yourself that although you are one, you ARE one.  You are a force to be reckoned with. So honor yourself each & every day. And ensure others honor your boundaries as you engage in your selfcare activities.

In grace & gratitude,

Olivia
